I reject the low-margin agricultural model and focus entirely on premium crafting, brand storytelling, and direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales. Furthermore, I don’t use cookie-cutter blueprints. Every grove, terroir, and owner is entirely unique, so I craft absolutely tailored, bespoke strategies designed exclusively for your land and financial goals.

Where are your clients located? Do you only work in Greece? While my roots are in my multi-awarded Lefkada Micro Farm in Greece, my advisory footprint is global. I consult with visionary olive farmers, estate inheritors, and asset managers worldwide, bringing internationally awarded standards directly to your soil, no matter where your estate is located.

I transformed my own grandfather’s olive grove—which had been completely abandoned for 30 years—into a highly profitable, multi-awarded, high-phenolic EVOO estate in just five years.
